Master Judith Global BaZi & Feng Shui Consultancy, trading publicly as Master Judith Global Bazi & Feng Shui Consultancy, handles personal information submitted through masterjudithglobal.com and approved service providers. This policy explains what we collect, why we use it, who may process it, how long it may be kept, and how to contact us about it.

2. Information you provide
An initial inquiry may include your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, country or time zone, general service area, service interest, preferred format, timing, and message.
After a service is accepted, the consultancy may request information needed for that scope. Depending on the service, this may include birth date, birth time, birth location, relationship or participant information, employee or applicant information, property details, floor plans, orientation information, photographs, project or business information, event details, scheduling restrictions, and communications.
Medical date-selection requests may include a scheduling window supplied by a licensed care team. Do not send full medical records unless a defined service need and protected delivery method have been confirmed. The consultancy does not need government IDs, bank or card credentials, or unrelated health records for an initial inquiry.
3. Information collected automatically
The website and its providers may process IP address, device and browser information, date and time, requested pages, referral source, cookie or similar identifiers, security events, and technical logs. These records support website delivery, fraud and abuse prevention, troubleshooting, performance, and aggregate usage measurement.
4. Why information is used
- Respond to an inquiry and identify service fit
- Prepare a scope, quotation, appointment, report, or event proposal
- Deliver an accepted consultation or report
- Coordinate schedule, location, platform, access, and support
- Keep service, accounting, consent, and communication records
- Protect the website, forms, accounts, and users from abuse
- Meet legal obligations and address disputes or rights requests
- Send marketing only after separate permission, where used
Submitting an inquiry authorizes contact about that inquiry. It does not create a separate marketing subscription. Any optional marketing consent should remain unchecked until the user selects it and can be withdrawn at any time.
5. Third-party and participant information
Provide another person’s information only when you have a lawful reason and any required permission. This applies to partners, spouses, family members, employees, candidates, clients, tenants, project contacts, minors, and event participants.
The consultancy may ask you to confirm your authority, may limit the data accepted, and may decline or delete information that appears unnecessary, unlawfully supplied, or unsafe to retain.
6. Service providers and disclosures
Personal information may be processed by providers that support the website and accepted service. The current inquiry form uses WordPress and Hostinger for hosting, a private encrypted inquiry record, and Brevo through the configured mail service for staff notifications. The notification includes a reference and private staff link; the inquiry details stay in the protected record. Earlier submissions made through FormDesigner and reCAPTCHA remain subject to those providers’ records and deletion processes. Caching, security, backup, file-storage, meeting, scheduling, payment, or analytics providers may process data when active and needed for the service.
Providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices and may store it in other countries. Master Judith Global does not sell or rent personal information. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, needed to protect rights or safety, or involved in a legitimate business reorganization subject to appropriate safeguards.
7. International processing
Online providers and international consultations can involve processing outside your country. Data-protection rules may differ by location. The consultancy limits disclosure to the provider and information needed for the stated purpose and uses available account, contract, and security controls.
8. Retention
The rebuilt website keeps inquiry records for 180 days after the latest staff activity. Daily cleanup removes expired records and retains an opaque deletion marker to stop the same record returning through a backup restore. Staff can delete an inquiry earlier. A documented legal hold can pause deletion while the specific issue remains active. Staff review held records and remove the hold when that reason ends. A receipt confirms that the inquiry was saved; it does not confirm an appointment. Failed staff notifications can be retried from the same saved record.
Accepted client service, consent, payment, accounting, and delivery records may be kept longer when needed to complete the service, support repeat work, meet tax or legal obligations, or address a dispute. Marketing information is kept until consent is withdrawn. Security logs follow each provider’s active retention settings. Hostinger creates daily site backups and retains copies within the hosting account’s backup rotation. Deleted information may remain in those copies until they expire. The restoration process must reapply deletion records before restored data is made available.
A shorter deletion period may apply when information is highly sensitive or no longer needed. A longer period may apply when law, a dispute, fraud prevention, or an active service requires it. FormDesigner submissions, email copies, attachments, and backup copies must be included in any approved deletion workflow where technically and legally possible.
9. Security and safe submission
The consultancy uses account access controls, provider security features, software maintenance, backups, and limited collection to reduce risk. No website, email, form, or storage system can promise absolute security.
Do not place complete birth records, government IDs, medical records, financial account data, employee files, or unredacted property and security plans in the first inquiry. Wait for the accepted scope and approved delivery method.
10. Your choices and requests
Subject to applicable law and reasonable identity checks, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the use of your information, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Some records may need to remain for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute reasons.
Send a request to info@masterjudithglobal.com. State the type of request and the service or inquiry involved. Do not send an identity document in the first email. The consultancy will provide a safer verification step if needed.
11. Cookies, reCAPTCHA, and external links
WordPress, hosting, security, account access, the temporary reading handoff, and any embedded media may use cookies or similar storage. Optional public analytics run only after your choice to allow them. The rebuilt inquiry form uses an essential request token and temporary abuse counters. It does not enroll you in marketing. Earlier embedded forms and external links have their own provider practices. Browser controls can block some cookies, though a form, login, media item, or security check may stop working.
Links to another website take you to that provider’s own privacy practices. Review the destination before supplying information.
12. Children and emergencies
A parent, legal guardian, or other authorized adult should handle a minor’s information. The consultancy may decline information about a minor when permission or purpose is unclear.
13. Policy changes
Material changes will update the effective date and may include a short explanation. Old publication dates are not changed solely to make the policy appear recent.
BaZiScope calculator, account, and newsletter
The public reading uses the birth date, recorded local time, and selected birthplace you enter. It does not require a name, email address, gender, or document upload. Birth information and result text are excluded from public analytics and public page URLs.
To carry a result through optional email verification, the server keeps an encrypted temporary chart and the exact short written result for up to 30 minutes. An essential browser cookie and a same-tab reference connect it to your request. Birth details and reading text are not stored in browser local storage or session storage. The temporary result is cleared when saved, restarted, or expired. Expired results cannot be opened; scheduled cleanup removes the expired files.
Email access uses a short-lived challenge, encrypted delivery and signup details, and limited security counters. A sign-in code is valid for ten minutes. Expired challenges, temporary previews, and old request counters are cleared during access processing and scheduled maintenance. Expired member session tokens are removed in batches; the account data has a separate retention period. Email providers may retain their own delivery records under their account settings.
A saved account can hold birth details, chart and profile versions, exact short results, an optional first name and gender choice, display preferences, confirmed reading time zone, acknowledgment and consent records, saved daily readings, monthly date-check receipts, corrected editions, and earlier saved date selections. Private birth profiles, names, optional gender, and reading text use encryption in storage. Gender is optional and does not change current readings.
Server access checks tie saved records to the signed-in account. The same browser may hold a temporary result that differs from an existing profile. The app asks you to keep the saved profile or explicitly use an available correction. Verification alone does not overwrite saved birth details.
Private service-use records
BaZiScope keeps private records to check service use and reliability. Daily totals count calculations, save requests, successful email verification, saved profiles, and date-check actions by result type. These totals contain the day, event type, result type, and count. They contain no account reference, contact details, birth details, reading text, or chosen date.
For a saved account, the private database also records an internal account reference and account generation, the profile version and save time, supported or limited result type, the first save time, the first qualifying return time, the latest qualifying open time, and months with qualifying activity. These records let staff see use after a first save and distinguish supported readings from limited charts. They are included in your account export and removed when the account is deleted. They remain while the account is active. Daily aggregate totals have no automatic expiry.
The temporary encrypted preview records if its save and email-verification stages have already been counted. These flags expire with the existing 30-minute preview. The service-use records stay in BaZiScope’s private system and are not sent to Google Analytics or another advertising or analytics service. Optional website analytics and newsletter permission remain separate.
Brevo processes the email address and delivery information used for sign-in. If you separately request newsletter signup, Brevo processes the confirmation request, list status, newsletter delivery, and unsubscribe request. These services may process information outside your country under their own privacy notices.
You can export your saved data or delete the active profile, optional name and gender, preferences, saved readings, and date-check data from Account. A confirmed deletion also removes the old birth-match and correction identifiers used solely to track free use. An active account keeps its saved editions and correction rules. Limited deletion and support records may remain to complete the request and prevent a backup restore from bringing deleted data back.
Saved data remains while the account is active. Disposable planning calculations expire separately from saved readings. An encrypted newsletter-removal address may remain until Brevo confirms removal, after which that payload is cleared. Backup copies follow the hosting provider’s active rotation and may remain after active-data deletion. Deletion records must be applied before restored accounts are made available.
