Service Standards and Disclaimer

Purpose of the services

Master Judith Global provides traditional BaZi, Feng Shui, auspicious date selection, energy charging, speaking, and report services. These services support reflection, planning, and discussion through traditional metaphysical frameworks.

Accepted scope

The accepted written scope identifies the service, participants, property or event involved, delivery format, timing, information required, listed rate, and expected deliverables. An inquiry or form submission alone does not create an appointment, reserve a schedule, or form a service agreement.

Travel, site access, additional participants, extra properties, technical measurements, event production, recording rights, third-party costs, and work outside a listed option may require a separate written quotation.

Results and client decisions

No personal, relationship, employment, property, health, legal, tax, financial, investment, construction, sales, revenue, or business result is guaranteed. Clients make their own decisions and remain responsible for practical due diligence.

BaZi and Feng Shui interpretations describe a traditional framework. They do not establish a person’s traits as clinical fact, determine consent or relationship safety, certify a candidate, rate an investment, diagnose a condition, or prove causation.

Medical and mental-health care

Licensed clinicians remain responsible for medical, mental-health, surgical, pregnancy, diagnosis, treatment, and safety decisions. Master Judith Global is not a health-care provider and does not provide emergency services.

Medical date selection

Surgery and Cesarean birth-delivery date selection begins only after the licensed care team supplies a medically acceptable scheduling window. Urgent care, clinical need, maternal and fetal safety, clinician availability, and hospital requirements control.

Master Judith considers only dates inside that approved window. The service never advises delaying urgent care, rejecting clinical advice, or selecting a date outside the window. It cannot guarantee surgical success, recovery, birth outcome, health, or safety.

Legal, financial, tax, and investment matters

Lawyers, accountants, tax professionals, licensed financial advisers, and other qualified professionals remain responsible for work within their fields. A consultation does not approve a contract, select an investment, establish tax treatment, assess legal rights, or guarantee a negotiation, launch, sale, or financial result.

Employment decisions

An Employee Selection BaZi Destiny Consultation may supplement a lawful, documented, job-related process. It cannot serve as the sole selection or rejection criterion. Employers remain responsible for permission, privacy, fairness, accessibility, job criteria, record handling, and applicable employment and anti-discrimination law.

Property and construction work

Feng Shui recommendations must fit building codes, permits, fire and life safety, accessibility, structural limits, environmental requirements, title and lease rights, approved budgets, and instructions from qualified project professionals.

Architects, engineers, contractors, inspectors, valuers, environmental specialists, real-estate professionals, and lawyers retain responsibility for technical and regulated decisions. Feng Shui does not certify safety, code compliance, title, valuation, or investment quality.

Private and third-party information

Clients should provide only information needed for the accepted scope and should use the approved delivery channel. A client must have any required permission to provide another person’s information.

The consultancy may decline or delete information that is unnecessary, unlawfully supplied, or unsafe to retain. Do not send medical records, government IDs, complete birth records, financial account details, employee files, full private addresses, or restricted property plans in the initial inquiry.

Online and appointment-based delivery

The consultancy has no public or walk-in offices. Services take place online or, when suited to the service, at a client’s location or another agreed meeting place by prior appointment. Cebu and California are service areas by arrangement.
