These terms apply to masterjudithglobal.com and services accepted in writing by Master Judith Global BaZi & Feng Shui Consultancy, trading publicly as Master Judith Global Bazi & Feng Shui Consultancy. A website inquiry requests information only. A consultation, report, property visit, or speaking engagement begins after the consultancy accepts the scope and provides the applicable next steps.
1. Website use
You may use the website to review services, fees, articles, policies, and public contact details and to send a legitimate inquiry. Do not attempt to disrupt the website, bypass security, misuse forms, submit unlawful material, impersonate another person, or collect content or personal information in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.
2. Consultation formats and locations
Online services and in-person work are arranged by appointment. An in-person service may take place at a client’s property, place of business, project site, event venue, or another location agreed in writing.
3. Inquiries and appointments
Submitting a form, email, phone message, or Viber message does not create an appointment, reserve a time, or require the consultancy to accept a service. An appointment or report begins only after the consultancy accepts the request and confirms the scope, format, information requirements, schedule, fee, and next steps in writing.
Business hours are 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, GMT+8. International appointments should show the confirmed time in GMT+8 and the client’s local time.
4. Services and fees
The PHP 18,000 BaZi Destiny consultation covers the scheduled 60-minute live session only. The 12-month written BaZi report is a separate service at PHP 28,000.
The Services and Fees page lists fixed fees for defined BaZi, date-selection, and energy report services. Feng Shui property services, retainers, and speaking engagements use a written proposal after scope review. The written confirmation states the service, format, deliverables, schedule, fee, and any additional costs before payment.
The written scope controls when a request differs from website copy. Ask for clarification before accepting or paying.
5. Client information and cooperation
You agree to provide accurate information that you are authorized to provide, to identify uncertainty in birth times or property data, to follow secure delivery instructions, and to avoid sending information unrelated to the accepted service.
Provide another person’s data only with a lawful reason and any required permission. The consultancy may pause, decline, or cancel a request when information is missing, misleading, unlawfully supplied, outside the accepted scope, or unsafe to use.
6. Scheduling, rescheduling, cancellation, and delivery
The accepted written scope or confirmation states the appointment time, report period, delivery method, client deadlines, location arrangements, and any service-specific rescheduling, cancellation, refund, or transfer terms. No general refund or cancellation promise is created by this website when those operational terms have not been confirmed in writing.
A client should report a scheduling problem as soon as possible through the confirmed contact channel. Delays caused by missing information, unavailable participants, unsafe site access, venue restrictions, third-party systems, force majeure, or events outside reasonable control may require a revised schedule or scope.
7. Traditional framework and results
BaZi, Feng Shui, auspicious date selection, and energy charging are traditional metaphysical consulting practices for reflection, planning, and discussion. They do not diagnose or treat a condition, establish legal or financial conclusions, certify a candidate, confirm structural or property safety, or guarantee personal, relationship, employment, health, property, investment, sales, revenue, or business results.
Clients remain responsible for decisions and practical due diligence. Results depend on many personal and practical factors.
8. Medical date selection
Surgery and Cesarean birth-delivery date selection begins only after a licensed care team provides a medically acceptable scheduling window. Medical urgency, clinical need, maternal and fetal safety, clinician availability, and hospital requirements control.
The service considers only dates inside that window. It never advises delaying urgent care or rejecting clinical guidance and cannot guarantee surgical success, recovery, birth outcome, health, or safety.
9. Professional advice
Licensed clinicians handle medical and mental-health decisions. Lawyers, accountants, tax professionals, financial advisers, employment specialists, architects, engineers, contractors, inspectors, valuers, safety professionals, and other qualified professionals handle work within their fields.
Property recommendations must fit codes, permits, safety, accessibility, structural limits, title and lease rights, approved budgets, and instructions from qualified project professionals. Employee-selection consultation cannot serve as the sole hiring or rejection criterion.
10. Speaking engagements and content rights
A speaking proposal should state the topic, audience, duration, format, technical requirements, location arrangements, recording rights, distribution rights, publicity approval, fees, and authorized contacts. Recording, reproducing, selling, distributing, or reusing a talk, report, website article, logo, image, or other protected material requires the rights holder’s written permission unless law clearly allows the use.
11. Privacy
Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy. Do not send government IDs, medical records, financial account information, employee files, complete birth records, or unredacted property and security plans in the first inquiry.
12. External services and links
Forms, reCAPTCHA, hosting, meeting platforms, retailers, media outlets, payment services, and other external destinations operate under their own terms and privacy notices. Master Judith Global is responsible for its own selection and use of providers and does not control every external site’s availability, content, or practices.
13. Website content and corrections
Website content may be updated for accuracy, safety, clarity, service changes, or legal and operational needs. Search engines and third-party sites may display cached or altered copies. Report a factual or privacy concern through the Corrections Policy.
14. Limitation and applicable law
Any limitation of liability, dispute process, governing law, and venue must follow applicable law and the accepted service agreement. Nothing in these terms removes a consumer or privacy right that cannot lawfully be waived.
BaZiScope readings and account use
BaZiScope is the free BaZi reading product from Master Judith Global. It is for adults aged 18 and older. The supported birth-date range starts in 1900. Enter your recorded local birth date, time, and birthplace, then review them before calculating. Choose “I do not know my birth time” if the time is unavailable.
The first written result is a short automated interpretation of a supported birth-month pattern. It is limited to part of your chart. A result is not a personal consultation with Master Judith. BaZi is a traditional Chinese system. Your choices, other people, and circumstances also affect what happens.
An unknown time or an unsettled time or calendar boundary can limit the result. The app shows the stable chart details it can calculate. It withholds personal written readings, Today, and future-date checks when the required details cannot be resolved. It will not fill in a guessed birth time.
BaZiScope does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial, tax, employment, architectural, engineering, or safety advice. It cannot promise a personal or business outcome. Use the relevant qualified professionals and practical checks for those decisions.
A one-time code sent to your email creates or opens the BaZiScope account for that address. A code expires after ten minutes and can be used once. Never share it. Requests may be limited and sessions revoked to protect accounts and the service. You can read the public result before choosing to save it.
A temporary public result is available for up to 30 minutes in the same browser and tab. Saving requires email verification. If you already have different saved birth details, you can keep them or explicitly use the available birth-detail correction. The default keeps your saved profile. A first saved profile includes one self-service correction; further corrections require support. Submitting the same details uses no correction.
Today follows the current reading time zone you confirm. Your birthplace time zone remains part of the birth calculation. Saved readings retain their text and the birth profile version used when created. Earlier dates are available within the account’s permitted history range. Moving or changing the reading time zone does not add a free date check.
Each supported active account can save one new future-date check per calendar month. The selected date must be tomorrow through 90 days ahead in the confirmed reading time zone. The allowance resets on the first day of the month at 12:00 AM in Asia/Manila; the app also shows that time in your reading zone. Unused checks do not carry over. Review and confirm the selected date before using the check.
A check is used only when a complete result is successfully saved. An error, unsupported result, or failed save uses no check. A saved result that includes cautions still uses the check. Reopening a saved result is free, including after the selected date has passed. A retry of the same completed request returns the same receipt. A supported birth correction can add one corrected edition for the same saved future date and new profile version without another debit; the earlier edition remains available.
The new monthly allowance replaces the earlier annual system. Existing saved date selections remain available under their saved meaning. Event-based date finding is no longer offered for new free requests. The free date check is a general reading for one selected date. Paid event date selection has its own agreed practitioner scope.
Newsletter signup is separate, optional, and unchecked. It requests a confirmation email through Brevo. Enrollment follows use of that confirmation link. You can unsubscribe through a newsletter email or Account without losing access to your saved readings.
You can export saved data and request deletion from Account. The Privacy Policy explains active data, temporary records, service-provider removal, and backup handling. Deletion does not reserve or guarantee future access to the same account.
Move With Clarity and Master Judith’s studies with BaZi and Feng Shui teachers form the basis of the existing calculation and writing sources. Content rights elsewhere in these terms also apply.
